Paper selection for both presentation and poster sessions is expected to be highly competitive this year due to the growing interest in time and synchronization across multiple industries and governments.

All submissions will be reviewed by the ITSF steering group and you will be notified of their decision by the beginning of June 2024.

Successful submissions will be allotted to either a speaker slot in the daily programme or for display as a poster within the main exhibition arena. This will be at the discretion of the steering group.

If you would prefer to be allocated to a poster session please indicate this in the form below.
The submission deadline is 20th May 2022
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Your abstract submission should be between 100 and 300 words and clearly communicate to the reader the topic, findings, and outcomes.

Submissions should be technical in nature, demonstrating an advancement of timing and synchronization, a novel approach to solving problems and, where possible, include lab or real-world testing to demonstrate validity.

Submissions that are perceived as marketing of a product, or vendor promotion, will be rejected.

Submissions will be evaluated on a number of key points to include:
  • Is the topic perceived to be of interest to the majority of delegates?
  • Does the title match the content?
  • Is there a clear statement of how the presentation will advance the knowledge of timing and/or synchronization within the community?
  • Does the abstract clearly explain how the presentation differs from prior work in the area?
Thank you for your submission to speak at ITSF 2022.
The ITSF Advisory Board will review all the submissions and will be in touch in early June to advise of the outcome.
